24V 10A Truck Battery Charger — SMPS, Analog
The workhorse. Fixed 10A output, live analog ammeter and a fan-cooled steel body — for 24V truck, bus and tipper starter banks up to 200Ah.
Five purpose-built 24V chargers for India's trucks, buses, forklifts, stackers & DG sets — from ₹3,507 incl. GST.
Every 24-volt battery in your yard deserves a charger matched to it — not a one-size-fits-all box. Samco's 24V range is designed, manufactured and supported in Delhi for Indian mains, Indian workshops and Indian batteries.

Samco's 24 volt battery chargers (10A–30A) charge 24V lead-acid banks in trucks, buses, forklifts, stackers, DG sets and backup systems. Prices run ₹3,507–₹11,253 incl. GST with a 6-month warranty and free delivery to 19,000+ Indian pincodes. Every unit is manufactured in Delhi and ships across India, with 1–2 day delivery in Delhi NCR.
Same 24V output across the range. What changes is charging current, metering and the job each unit is built around. Pick by amps — or by what you're charging.
Every model on this page is a 24V charger with a single 24V output.

The workhorse. Fixed 10A output, live analog ammeter and a fan-cooled steel body — for 24V truck, bus and tipper starter banks up to 200Ah.

The standby specialist. 0–10A variable knob, digital ammeter and automatic taper — Boost recovers a flat battery, Float holds it topped up between shifts.

The all-rounder. A 0–15A dial with a live digital ammeter — set the current, then watch the bank actually take it. Ideal for ~150Ah banks and mixed workshops.

The shift-finisher. 0–20A dial, Boost/Float toggle and digital meter — built for traction banks of roughly 60Ah to 300Ah and warehouses that never stop.

The flagship. 0–30A variable dial for ~300Ah banks, with a live digital ammeter — the fastest turnaround in the range, and the dial turns down for smaller batteries too.
The Samco 24V 10A SMPS truck battery charger delivers a fixed 10A into 24V lead-acid banks up to 200Ah, with a live analog ammeter and a fan-cooled metal enclosure. Constant-voltage SMPS design keeps it light enough to move between bays; reverse-polarity and short-circuit protection guard against the usual workshop mistakes.
Suits flooded, SMF, VRLA and AGM batteries — and GEL with GEL-specific charging-voltage configuration — in trucks, tippers, buses, earthmovers, cranes and DG sets.
The 24V 10A Float Cum Boost charger adds a 0–10A rotary knob and a digital ammeter, so current is matched to the battery instead of forced at a fixed rate. Boost brings a discharged traction battery back and tapers automatically as it fills; Float holds a full battery topped up between shifts without overcharging it.
Built for electric stackers, forklifts, pallet jacks and reach trucks — equally at home on DG set, telecom and fire-panel backup banks.
The 24V 15A high-frequency SMPS charger pairs a 0–15A variable dial with a live digital ammeter — set the current, then watch what the bank is actually drawing instead of judging from a timer. At full setting it suits banks of around 150Ah; turn the dial down for smaller batteries.
Compatible with tubular, flat-plate, SMF, VRLA and AGM types — and GEL with GEL-specific configuration — across truck and bus starter banks, forklift batteries, DG sets, telecom rooms and 24V solar storage.
The 24V 20A high-frequency FCBC doubles the output of the 10A stacker model while keeping the same Boost/Float design. A smooth 0–20A dial sets the rate, the digital ammeter shows it live, and the Boost/Float toggle switches the bank to standby once charging tapers.
The 160–280V AC input holds output steady through supply fluctuations common on Indian industrial premises. Suited to banks of roughly 60Ah–300Ah in stackers, forklifts, AGVs, pallet movers and scissor lifts.
The 24V 30 Amp digital charger is built for large 24V lead-acid banks, with a 0–30A variable dial and a live digital ammeter. At full setting it corresponds to a bank of roughly 300Ah at a 10% charge rate — and because the dial turns down a long way, one unit covers a workshop handling several battery sizes.
High-frequency SMPS construction keeps it compact for the output, with overload, short-circuit and reverse-polarity protection built in.
On trucks, stackers and DG sets, a 24V system is almost always two 12V batteries wired in series — the negative of the first joined to the positive of the second. The charger clamps go on the two terminals left free, and both batteries charge together as one 24V bank.
Use two batteries of the same make, Ah rating and age. In a series bank the weaker battery reaches full charge first and the stronger one never quite gets there — a mismatched pair degrades both.
Series wiring doubles the voltage, not the capacity. Two 150Ah batteries in series make a 150Ah bank at 24V — set the current for 150Ah, not 300Ah.
A loose or corroded series link is the most common reason a 24V bank won't take charge. Tighten the link, confirm the clamps, then read the meter — no current means no complete circuit.
A 24V bank is a pair in series — not two batteries side by side. These chargers have a single 24V output: two unconnected 12V batteries can't be charged independently on one unit, and a single 12V battery needs a 12V charger instead.

The voltage is settled — every model here is 24V. The real decision is current, and the usual starting point is 10% of the bank's Ah rating.
Truck and bus starter banks and smaller traction batteries. The analog model is rated up to 200Ah at a slower rate. Analog for rugged simplicity; FCBC for variable current and Float standby.
A step up in speed with a variable dial and digital ammeter — for larger starter banks and faster workshop turnaround.
Boost and Float for stackers and forklifts in warehouses running more than one shift. The traction-battery favourite.
The highest 24V output — for large banks and workshops that want one charger to cover several battery sizes.

Measure across the terminals. Near 24V is a series pair; near 12V needs a 12V charger instead.
Read the figure printed on the battery — it sets the charging current and the right model.
~10% of Ah is the usual starting point, but the battery maker's spec always wins.
Flooded, SMF, VRLA, AGM and GEL charge at different voltages. Tell us the type when ordering.
Banks that stay connected need Float mode — the 10A and 20A FCBC models have it.
Analog is readable across a workshop; digital shows exact current and the taper live.
Fixed is simplest for one battery size; a variable dial makes one charger serve many.
Overload, short-circuit and reverse-polarity protection are standard on every Samco model.
Multi-shift warehouses should pick FCBC with Float — batteries shouldn't wait between shifts.
Buy from the manufacturer. Warranty and spares come straight from our Delhi unit.
Fleet managers, warehouse heads and workshop owners across India charge with Samco.
"Ordered the 24V 10A for our tipper fleet. Delivered to our workshop in two days with a proper GST bill. The analog meter is exactly what my mechanics wanted."

The questions Indian buyers actually ask — answered straight, by the people who build the chargers.
A 24V battery charger recharges 24-volt lead-acid battery banks — usually two 12V batteries wired in series. In India they're standard on trucks, tippers and buses, electric stackers and forklifts, DG set starting batteries, and telecom, solar and inverter backup banks. Samco's 24V range covers 10A to 30A to match banks from about 60Ah to 300Ah.
Samco 24V chargers are priced from ₹3,507 (24V 10A analog) to ₹11,253 (24V 30A digital), including GST. The 10A FCBC is ₹4,485, the 15A digital ₹5,169 and the 20A FCBC ₹9,174. Prices include free delivery to 19,000+ pincodes and a 6-month warranty. Dealer discounts are available on bulk and fleet orders.
For truck and bus 24V starter banks (typically 100–200Ah, as in Tata, Ashok Leyland and Eicher heavy vehicles), the 24V 10A SMPS truck charger is the standard choice — fixed 10A, analog ammeter, fan-cooled body. For faster turnaround on 150Ah+ banks, step up to the 15A digital or 30A digital models.
Yes — when two 12V batteries are connected in series they form one 24V bank and charge together on a single 24V charger. Use identical batteries (same make, Ah rating and age). Two separate 12V batteries that are not series-linked must be charged independently on a 12V or dual-voltage charger.
A common starting point is 10% of the bank's Ah rating — a 150Ah bank charges well at about 15A. The battery manufacturer's specified charging current always overrides the 10% rule. All Samco FCBC and digital 24V models have a variable dial, so one charger can serve several battery sizes.
FCBC stands for Float Cum Boost Charger. Boost mode delivers high current to recharge a discharged battery, then tapers automatically as it fills. Float mode holds a full battery at a safe standby voltage so it never overcharges. FCBC chargers suit stackers, forklifts, DG sets and backup banks that stay connected between uses.
No. A 24V charger applies roughly twice the voltage a 12V battery can accept, which can overheat and permanently damage it. Use a dedicated 12V charger, or Samco's dual-voltage 12V/24V charger if you handle both types.
Yes. Samco 24V chargers accept a wide 160–280V AC input (SMPS models 180–260V), holding output steady through the voltage swings common on Indian industrial feeders. Overload, short-circuit and reverse-polarity protection are standard across the range.
We ship free to 19,000+ pincodes across India, typically in 3–7 working days. Orders in Delhi NCR — Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad and nearby — usually arrive in 1–2 working days. Same-day dispatch on confirmed orders; WhatsApp us your pincode for an exact ETA.
Every order includes a proper GST invoice for business input credit, a 6-month warranty and a 3-day return window. Warranty and returns are handled directly by Samco from our Delhi unit — no third-party service runaround.
For traction batteries, choose an FCBC charger: the 24V 10A FCBC for stackers and pallet trucks, or the 24V 20A FCBC for forklifts and multi-shift warehouses with banks from roughly 60Ah to 300Ah. Boost/Float modes protect batteries that spend long hours connected between shifts.
